New Roof Alerts
Date, property address and owner name from the city or county's own permit records. Miami-Dade also names the roofing contractor and their phone number.
A roof permit is a public record. We pull the ones the county files as residential re-roofs, drop everything that is a solar array or a porch, and send you the list. Two kinds of company buy it, for two different reasons. Pick yours.

Those are real counts from the last 21 days of records, not a projection. Volume moves with weather and with how fast each agency publishes.
$99 per month, one metro, cancel any time. First month is $29 with the code FIRST29, entered on the Stripe checkout page. First-time customers only.
An issued roof permit means the homeowner has already hired a roofer. This is not a list of homeowners shopping for a roof, and we will not describe it as one. It is a record of work that is happening, which is useful for canvassing, for competitor intelligence, and โ if you sell gutters, solar, paint, windows or insulation โ as a straightforward prospect list.
No homeowner phone numbers or email addresses are included. No city publishes them. What you get is the address and, in most metros, the owner's name.
